Switched to Verizon to "save money"... Salesman said I could cancel in 30 days, no early termination fee. Wasn't happy with the picture quality ( we have a home theater projector) and the technician couldnt get it hooked up with HD. When I called in to cancel, the CS kept telling me I couldn't cancel for another 4 days because I had an order with Cablevision. When I called back 4 days later to cancel, they told me there would be an early termination fee of $200.00. and that the policy was in fact 15 days. Buyer Beware, it's all in fine print.
