I purchased a Toshiba laptop from Best Buy in May of 2009. The tracker pad went bad and Toshiba told me to take it in for replacement. The Toshiba rep gave me two options: get it to a Toshiba service center or take it in to Best Buy's Geek Squad. I'm writing this review because I made the wrong choice. The store failed to tell me their shuttle service only delivers to the service center on certain days.
