I typically don't complain but the recent experience my family and I had at the Columbus, WI restaurant was absolutely horrible! I called the number listed on their website on 10/2/09 and spoke to a representative and was told a district manager would call me back and I have yet to receive a call back some 19 days later?? I'm wondering if I will get a reply from the written letter? We just moved to our new home and this was our first visit to this BK. We decided to dine in.
