On Dec 30 2008, I sent blueprint drafting (18 sheets in a digital PDF file) via email to be printed by EP Engineering for the amount of $54. The order was completed and shipped in Jan 2009. In May I had to make changes to two of the sheets, and when I printed those at another vendor, I found the scale was different. EP had printed the drafting at larger than 100%.
