I was reading about a security employee being fired because he actually chased down a thief. No wonder we have no credibility as a nation! Bunch of wimps, the example should be explicit. Don't even try...Give the guy a medal (raise). Who are we gonna call when the going gets really tough? So many have lost their lives, waiting appropriately...instead of acting.
