I would like the public to know that anyone who signs up with an ATT cellular plan, whether single or family, and then upgrades or downgrades their plan will lose ALL their accumulated roll over minutes and it is capped at the new phone plan maximum minutes. I had accumulated 2500 rollover minutes between June, 2009 and early April this year and when I upgraded from the 500 minute family plan to the 700 minute family plan, I lost 2500-700 = 1800 minutes.
