Gentlemen: On February 8, 2010 a Sears technician came over to my house to pick up my Bose table top stereo model 20 music center. The cd was not working properly and took it to the shop for repair. I received a call a couple of weeks ago stating that it was repaired and that it was in the Guaynabo Puerto Rico center. I instructed them that they have to bring it to my house since I'm paying for home service, and they agreed.
