I was perusing my statement online and noticed that I had a $12.99 charge ono 8 April 2010. I looked up the company and saw all of these complaints. One of the other complaints mentioned classmates.com and I canceled my membership there weeks ago. There should be better notifications of possible "add-on" when using Classmates.com. I try to be cautions and only use https sites and pay all bills online. I am unemployed and don't need unpleasant surprised like this one. I will call the Service number and as for refund and an email to place a complaint with the supervision. read full review »
