I have had the worst experience with this company. I sent my unopened, unauthorized bottle of Acai berry back right away; two months later I am still waiting for a refund. The number to call is 1-877-8480. I only waited about 5 minutes to speak with someone. But ALL the supervisors are in a meeting. I got very tough with the CSR I spoke to and demanded she find ANY supervisor available on the floor. she put me on hold 10 minutes and then came back on the line telling me that she was going to give me a full refund and that it should take a few days. I'm going to wait ONE week. if I don't see a full refund I'm calling back. read full review »
