I logged onto the account to find that you had cancelled my refund check for .17. I called in March to ask for the final payoff and the rep told me the amount for which I sent immediately while he was online with me. He evidently gave me the wrong amount and I ended up with a small credit balance. I just spoke with a rep who told me that Advanta would not send a credit check for under a dollar and I asked that I speak with his supervisor.
