Printmyphotobook has customers use software that has a green, yellow, red light system to easily determine quality. Our photos fell into the green light (very good quality) category, yet the majority of our book had blurry images. We requested to return the book for a refund or reprint, but the company refused, claiming that upon further visual inspection, the images were not good enough quality.
