Bought a mattress at Sears because they advertised free delivery ($75) after submission of mail-in rebate. We completed and mailed the rebate form with all the required documentation. Purchased the mattress on July 4 2009 and mailed in rebate July 15, 2009. As of October 28, 2009 we haven't received the advertised rebate . We've made a number of calls and get various stories, (its in the mail, etc.) Now we've been informed that a third party (City Bank) had issued a card with a credit.
