I moved from Santa Clara, CA to Philadelphia, PA in July. They arrived 8 hours late to pick up my belongings and delivered my stuff 7 days late. They said they would arrive 8am on a Sunday and they eventually arrived at 8pm. It was raining and they said they couldn't move my stuff all the way into my apartment so they just left it all outside, on the curb, in the rain, at night, by myself.
