Requested cancellation of my account in November. They continued to withdraw money from my credit card. When I again requested a cancellation of my account and a full written account of money owed, I got nothing. When they again tried to withdraw funds from my credit card I contested it through my credit card company who could not get an accounting either. Now their collections agency is harassing me.
