I worked for Dollar General for awhile now and have noticed that a lot of the SM do not work a 40 hr week. They are on set salary and may only work about 25-35 hrs for week leaving early, saying they were there when they are not and I for one dont think its no where near right when your getting paid a certain amout and clearly not doing what is suppose to be done and they are getting away with this because they dont have to clock in and out like the rest of us. I no our DM does not have time to check every mgr hrs but I really think this is something that needs to be looked into especially in the Hammond, La area read full review »
