I was charged by this company once monthly for 9.95 for several months before I noticed there was a problem (yes, I realize I should have been more diligent in checking my account details...hindsight & all). I have never heard of them or visited their website and already had internet set up through Qwest. When I called the Juno company, they had all of my information correct except they did not have my 'security question' correct. they didn't seem to believe me that I didn't set this account up! it was set up a week... read full review »
