Called in Nov. of 2009 to disconnect. We sold our house, stopped auto-withdraw for monthly payments from checking account and moved out of the country. We just now received a bill for $300. Called several times to explain. Was told had to send proof of our lease of a new home, utility bills with our name, new driver's license or voting card registration. None of which we have b/c my husband's company is paying for everything.
