Hi. I was with NECC Telecom for long distance and international phone calls and everything was fine. One day I received a telemarketing phone call from Modaphone. They offered me a little bit better rates to call Bosnia. I signed up with Modaphone and I cancelled NECC Telecom, but this was a terrible mistake. The rate to call Europe is 1 cent cheaper per minute, but the connection is extremely bad. Sometimes I have no connection for days and my mom back in Europe is old and she misses me. I have called back NECC Telecom to apologise and to sign up again with them, but Modaphone doesn't allow NECC Telecom to take me back. What shall I do? read full review »
