Travelled to Hong Kong with the Verizon Wireless world phone Storm 2 and had awful data service. Called Verizon to see if there was an issue and they said that they had no tickets in their system. The operator told me he would call me back the next day to let me know the status. He called back to let me know that other people had called to complain as well and they would fix it. Traveled to China for 5 day and then came back to Hong Kong and there were still issues. Call support and they said that they had not tickets in their system??? read full review »
