I had the same problem with Hp Slimline motherboards. I own (3) HP Slimline computer's. Model S3020N had the motherboard replaced by HP even though it was beyond the one year warranty because the model S3020N was on their list of faulty motherboatds This computer wouldn't boot up. The model S3620F has the same problem in November of 2009. Sent it to HP for motherboard replacement last November while it was still under the one year warranty.
