June 25, 2007 Jimmy talked Ronald Banks into purchasing a timeshare by telling him that he could he make the timeshare profitable by renting it out before the first payment was due. Ron and I had an agreement not to purchase so we said no. I left the two of them talking and when I returned Ron had signed the contract and written a check for the down payment.
