My initial problem with AT&T was when I was billed $120 for a modem and service that I never got to use! I payed it & canceled the service just because I didn't want to deal with the stress any more. So recently I decide to give them one more chance since they are a little more affordable than their competitors. I made a huge mistake! They billed me for a modem or set up fee (not sure which since I got two different stories) when I never requested a modem and was told there would be no set up fees.
