We too bought property in 2006, and were made promises that infrastructures would be in within a couple of years. In 2008 we actually went to the Paragon office in Hollywood FL and spoke with Bill Gale. He gave us a packet of plans for homes that could be built. The last time we spoke with anyone was in Feb of 09. We went down in March of 09 and saw 3 model homes in Parrita. We went to MIramar where we bought and there was only a partial road!!!
