On May 7, 2009 I received a phone call from We Tour America promoting their vacation package. I have had great experiences with other vacation companies, so I went ahead and signed up for We Tour America. On May 22, 2009 I tried to contact the compnay and there was no answer. So on May 26, 2009 I contacted We Tour America to request a refund. I spoke to one of their representatives and she stated that a refund could not be issued. I cited 559.933 Florida Statue.
