All of you people are complaining about cancelling service, collection calls, an faulty equipment...first off if you thoroughly read your contracts before signing rather than behaving like a child at Christmas due to all the free equipment maybe you wouldv'e seen that fine print of 36 month contract. Which you had already been informed of from the technician over the phone before the installation department even came to your house! Which I know for a fact cause I work for the sales department!!!
