We have been making partial payments on our home loan with Bank of America, due to layoffs and lack of work due to the economy. We recently spoke to a customer rep. informing the that our financial situation had inproved and that we could increase our payment at which time the representative we got did not speak ENGLISH very well at all. He kept saying reinstatement.
