Ira wood & sons will promise you anything to get you to order. Then they will send you an order confirmation stating that you, by ordering have accepted their rules, and policies as posted on their web site. In my case it was not a web site purchase over the phone, and i received a quotation that did not have that note at the bottom. Zoeller pumps

I ordered 2 Zoeller pumps which they claimed the manufacturer had in stock for inmediate shipment. Two weeks later it had not shipped. I called to cancel, and they offered to drop ship directly from manufacturer. I replied that only If they could guarantee shipping that day or following day at worst. Shipping did not occurr untill almost a week later. Despite my cancellations of order in writing which they deliberately ignored.
