Dear, I bought a laptop exactly two years now. I recall trying to copy and burn music on my computer to no avail. I suddenly called the acer customer service to report that eventhough the icons on my desktop say I could do so, I actually didi not have reason for this operation until after a long time. When I did call the customer service, I was immediately referred to the technical department which bluntly told me that my purchsae had exceeded the warranty period of one year.
