I'm currently working on a claim against Allstate and thankful I am NOT insured by them. The fault was by their insured driver. On 2 separate occaisions they lied and said they couldn't contact their driver to get his side of the story. The second time I called him immediately and relayed this information. He called them and then they started the claim using every tactic they could to delay payment. They said the check is in the mail but it hasn't arrived yet. They advertise that you're in good hands with them but what they really mean is when they've got you by the balls they'll do anything they want. read full review »
