I was scammed by OAN and Kool Telecon, I called them and they said they would credit my account. I called Verizon and they added me to their complaint list. Verizon said they could do nothing about this. What a great country. At OAN i talked to "Curtis" At Verizon I taled to " Ms. Barnes" both acted like this was a normal thing. Do you realize how many people this goes unoticed ? The cost is probaly in the millions, and we have to close our State Parks because of budget shortfall. This date is April 12th, 2010.
