Trendnet is notorious for false advertising in its offering of a false payment of rebate by mail. If a customer submits this rebate, it WILL NOT BE PAID! On top of offering the lowest quality product on the market today, they also have a "help" dessk staff who are non-technical, having no knowledge whatsoever of computers or networking.
