I submitted a offer on a short sale on 3/16/2010, called a week later was told to call back in a week. I called again on 4-2-2010 & was told they never received it. Sent it again on the 2Nd. Loss mitigation said they did not get it until 4-5. I have called 3 times to see where the offer is & as of today the 12Th nothing has been done. As far as I am concerned they deserve to have the loan foreclosed on.
