I never had a Capital One credit card. When I found out about it, I sent them everything, including a police report, information about the arrest made on the case and the full confession rendered by the person responsible for the fraud. Capital One has continued to insist that I am the person responsible for the indebtedness. After one year, they have not changed their absurd position and they have ruined my credit. meanwhile, I have harassing calls on my cell and at home 3/4 times a day. There's something terribly with this. They are betting that I will cave in and pay a debt that is not mine rather than do the right thing. They are CROOKS. read full review »
