I bought a US Airways ticket over the phone I had a voucher so the total coast came down to $342. I realized a few hours later when I checked my account I realized they made a mistake and charged me $1, 003, so I called them and they said they would correct the mistake. However, they still havent done it (it was 2 days ago) I am a student and now my account is empty, I can"t buy anything until they correct their mistake! Is there something I can do or ask them because it doesn't seem acceptable to me. Thank you for your advice read full review »
