was contacted by this company regarding helping to modify my home mortgage which I was struggling to pay. I wasn't that far behind on my mortgage but like most Americans it was a struggle. I spoke to guy named chris if that's even his name and he told me to stop paying my mortgage that they could get my loan modified and any late fees and past due payments would be rolled into the loan.
