I have been trying four months for them to lower my mortgage.Under the HAMP dept. I have given them all the infrmation they requested. Now they are sending to their underwriters, but one of the people in the dept.just told me i wont get the modification. i make 654.in s, secutiy and my mother gives me 300. a month and my x huband has agreed to give my 600.00a month for the life of the loan. our mortgage is 1000.oo a month and i need it dropped down to at least to 500.oo a month, now i am 3 months behind and dont know what to do, they keep... read full review »
