Sears home service was contacted on Oct. 13, to repair a TV. Rep came on The 21st ordered parts and could not return until Nov.2. Sears called on Sunday 11/1 to cancel and next earliest is 11/11 almost a month after the initial call. I called customer service and got a sympathetic voice and that is all. Truly I will never use this service again nor will I do business with this company again. read full review »
