U-Verse sucks... picture freezing 3 times a day, gotta unplug modem 3 times a day, wait 10 seconds, replaced modem 2 times, replaced 2 boxes already, techs cant find anything, got sick of callin to reconnect, then they have the nerve to charge me a late fee, personally I think they should NOT charge me for 1 month, because that is about how much time im loosing with the reconnection, 3 times a day, ATT U VERSE: you really need to fix this problem, I am already looking into new cable and satelite systems. read full review »
