I ordered Direct TV and took time off work to wait for the install. Three hours later than scheduled and four phone calls after I was supposed to have an installer, no one called me back or showed up. The representatives on the phone only have the ability to "email" the installation company. They can not give you their phone numbers or tell you who to speak with. Three days later, my credit card has been charged for the full amount of the install and monthly charges, and no installation and no answers. I am so disgusted! read full review »
