My wife works for a customer service business that has a contract with AT&T. Although she was only trained for sales she is expected to provide customer service in regards to troubleshooting equipment issues. She and none of her co-workers were trained for that kind of service. Also they harass workers when they don't meet a sales quota and cheat workers out of commissions.
