I took a prescription to CVS Pharmacy at 21550 Timberlake Pharmacy, Lynchburg, VA, on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009. I have dealt with this particular pharmacy for a long time without complaints. I was told by the clerk who took my prescription that It would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited for about half an hour until another clerk working near the cash register asked me if I was waiting to pick up a prescription.
