Full disclosure: I'm an ivg employee, and I have nothing but great things to say about our customer service team, which is entirely based in Florida and more accessible -- and fluent -- than any other internet customer service staff I've dealt with. They work long, unconventional hours to get the most timely information from our vendors and relay that information back to the customers. They're prompt and responsive -- I've done a test as a "customer" and been very happy with the service -- and they have to be! The founder of the company is just steps away. read full review »
