I have had a credit card with Bank of America for several years with no problem. Recently, my interest rate was increased with a credit line of $21, 500, plus large minimum payments. When I received my September statement, I paid it off in the full amount which was posted to my account 2 days before the due date. I just received an October statement charging me periodic finance charge of $42.76.
