I purchase a Kenmore Elite front load washing machine 3 years ago. Since then the same part has been replaced 3 times and numerous other parts. I have the service repairman at my house 7 times since September and had atleast 10 phone call placed to them. At this point in time my machine is in process of being considered a lemon however they say that will take 48 to 72 hours to decide.
