Almost a year ago we purchased a $1600 latex mattress set which has completely broken down in its support. It has become lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. We wake up every morning miserable and in pain. We rarely sleep a full night anymore. The first few months it was great but it has increasingly gotten worse. They refuse to honor their 1 year warranty and replace it. The customer service manager "John" even refused to give me a last name when I called (I document everything.)
