I was told a refund would take 21-30 "BUSINESS" days. I called several times during this period. Every time was the same. It is still in cue to be refunded. The 30 days time is not up yet blah blah blah... So on the 30th day I called and was told it is set to be refuned today. It should post to your account 24-48 hours. NEVER HAPPENED! I called on the 32nd day and oh the "computer program" that performs the credits missed mine! SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE...
