Lessons learned - do NOT ever buy from BestBuy that would need a service! Do NOT pay for extended services! My recent experience with trying to get them to cover a broken part in my refrigerator, with the Service contract I purchased that was supposed to "cover wear and tear... no hidden cost, no out-of-pocket..." got me no where. I was told if I really wanted a service person to come out to look at it, he can say it's not covered and I will have to pay $100 for his trip!
