I called to cancel Vonage and they have a cancellation fee! They never told us that we would be charged $109.99 cancellation fee and a fee for the Vonage device they originally told us was just $9.95! They said the charges could not be refunded. I told them I never agreed to the terms but they the person on the phone should have told me about it. They didn't. read full review »
