i attempted to sign up for a visa credit card from horizon gold, after submitting all the information the asked, a screen came up, showing that i did not complete enough information on my debit card in-order for the transaction to be completed. they also requested more information on my e-mail address. the screen shows my application was not accepted because i did not provide sufficient information. in less than five minutes they debit my account for $29.95, yet their system shows the process did not go through, because i did not give sufficient information on my debit card. read full review »
