I reserved a "mystery" room with Bookit.com. In the online reservation process they let me select the room type and number of beds (2 queens). When I arrived at the hotel the information I selected in the reservation process did not reflect the actual room reserved (1 king). Not an ideal situation for four people. When I called customer service they told me they did not have the number of beds requested in the reservation because I didn't call and even if they did have the bedding requirements they could not guarantee the number... read full review »
